7-Day Returns & Exchanges

At Velora Eyewear, we want you to see the world with absolute confidence. If your new frames aren't the perfect fit, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original Velora packaging (including the protective case and microfiber cloth).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact our support team at info@veloraeyeware.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Inspections & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that customized prescription lenses or items purchased during "Final Sale" events are not eligible for return.
