Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Monday – Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We partner with premium couriers like PostEx, TCS, and Leopards to ensure your frames arrive safely and swiftly.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 3–5 business days.

  • Other Cities & Secondary Towns: 5–7 business days.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 250

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 5,000

Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

  1. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the courier.

  2. We recommend inspecting the package exterior for any signs of damage before accepting it.

  3. For security reasons, couriers do not allow opening the package before payment. If you find any issues after opening, please refer to our Return Policy.

International Shipping

Velora is proud to offer international shipping to over 50 countries via DHL Express and FedEx.

  • Transit Time: 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our website or through the courier’s portal.
